The Salon Professional Academy (TSPA) in Buffalo, the region’s largest training school for salon and spa services, offers five programs of study – cosmetology, esthetics, barbering, nail technology, and natural hair styling – which provide the necessary training required for State Board Licensing.

Since January 2023, Jordan has served as the Director of Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Content Creation for TSPA in Buffalo.

In this role, he leads digital marketing efforts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, which have collectively garnered 1 million views as of January 2025. His work focuses on showcasing TSPA’s vibrant culture, celebrating student achievements, and inspiring prospective students to choose TSPA as their gateway into the beauty industry.

Content creation at the Academy is a collaborative effort involving students, staff, educators, and the admissions team. Jordan oversees video production to ensure engaging, high-quality content while managing the Academy’s social media platforms and coordinating promotional materials for open houses and events.

He also partners with third-party marketing companies on projects like branding, web design, advertising, SEO, and SEM to enhance TSPA’s online presence and overall marketing strategy. By aligning these initiatives with business objectives and franchise standards, Jordan ensures a consistent and innovative approach to advancing the Academy’s mission.
