Jordan Bianchi is enormously excited to welcome Andrea Berbegal to the podcast! Andrea works as the Director of Development at Brass for Africa – an award-winning organisation using the power of music to transform the lives of extremely disadvantaged children and young people across Sub-Saharan Africa.

In her role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic plan to raise vital funds for the organisation. Working closely with the Founder & Executive Director, she also works on the execution of international partnerships and collaborations to help scale the organisation. Recently Andrea was invited to speak at the Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit in Africa.

She has previously worked as Creative Partnerships Manager for world-renowned arts agency HarrisonParrott, and managed world-renowned musicians at IMG Artists. Andrea is passionate about people and music, and providing social justice through the arts. She holds a BA in Music from The Guildhall School and has studied an MA in Human Rights.
